Terms of Service

1. The service

We deliver a fixed-scope content package (social posts, captions, email, ads, Google Business Profile copy, a 30-day content calendar) within 24 hours of receiving a complete intake. Deliverables are produced by our AI workflows plus human editorial review. The exact contents per tier are listed on the homepage and on the customer agreement page.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and ordering on behalf of a business you have authority to represent. We may decline orders from buyers who provide false information or who use the service for spam, defamation, or unlawful content.

3. Payments

All one-time pack purchases are processed by Stripe through Polsia’s Stripe Connect account. Prices displayed on the site are inclusive of any Stripe processing fees; the company’s share of each charge is 80% and Polsia retains the platform fee. We do not see or store card details.

4. Content ownership

Once payment has cleared and the pack has been delivered, the deliverables become yours to use, edit, schedule, and publish under your own brand. We retain the right to use anonymized intake + deliverable pairs for internal product and quality improvements. We will not sell or publicly attribute your specific pack to your business without your written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Produce content that is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Generate deceptive advertising that is misleading in a way prohibited by FTC or state advertising rules.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the underlying deliverables as a competing service.

6. Disclaimer of results

The service delivers marketing materials, not business outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific ROI, lead volume, or ranking. AI-generated content is reviewed internally but you remain responsible for reviewing it before publishing — see our Content Disclaimer.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for buyers who violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; please see our Refund Policy for in-flight orders.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced by email to active customers 14 days before they take effect. Non-material edits (clarity, typos) may be made without notice.
