Content Flow Marketing uses AI workflows plus human editorial review to produce content packs. Even so, content generated for your business should be reviewed by you before it is published. By using the service you acknowledge the following.
1. Review before publishing
AI-generated marketing copy can include claims, phrases, or details that are inaccurate for your business — even after our internal review. We expect you to read every piece before it goes live on your channels. If a deliverable is materially wrong, send us revision notes (one round per tier is included) and we will rework the relevant items.
2. No guarantee of business results
The deliverables are marketing materials. We do not guarantee any specific ROI, search-engine ranking, lead volume, booked-jobs count, or other business outcome. Your results depend on factors outside the content pack — including local market, install quality, and follow-through.
3. Industry compliance
Some industries have specific rules about advertising claims (healthcare, real estate, financial services, alcohol, legal services). Tell us about compliance constraints in the intake; we do our best to honor them but the final responsibility for compliance rests with you.
4. FTC + advertising rules
We do not produce deceptive or misleading advertising on behalf of customers. If you ask us to draft copy that we believe crosses an advertising line (for example, unsubstantiated claims of “best” or “cheapest”), we will flag it during editing and ask you to soften the claim. The published version is your decision and your responsibility.
5. Third-party platforms
Your content gets scheduled on third-party platforms you choose (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Each of those platforms has its own terms, community guidelines, and rejection policies. We can produce copy that fits those rules but we cannot guarantee a specific post will not be flagged, removed, or restricted by a platform after publishing.
