Privacy Policy

Content Flow Marketing(“we”, “us”, or “the company”) builds AI-shaped marketing content packages for local small businesses. This policy covers the information we collect, how we store and use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We try to write this in plain English — if anything is unclear, reply to any email we sent and we will read it within one business day.

1. What we collect

When you buy a content pack or contact us, we collect:

  • Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), business name.
  • Intake answers: services, primary/secondary services, service area, city/state, pricing, current promotions, brand voice, competitors, common questions, business policies, and other free-form text you choose to provide.
  • Uploaded files: logos, brand images, promotional materials, documents, and any other files you upload through the questionnaire. We keep those files only as long as your order is active and use them solely to build your content pack.
  • Payment information: we do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe through Polsia’s Stripe Connect account; Stripe provides us with the charge amount, the masked card brand, and a one-time receipt link.
  • Operational diagnostics: basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, referring page) captured by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we store it

Intake answers, uploaded files, and order metadata live in a private Postgres database hosted by our platform provider. Uploaded media is delivered through our platform’s Cloudflare-backed CDN; access requires an authenticated, HMAC-signed resume URL. Inbound contact-form messages are forwarded to our inbox through an authenticated email proxy.

We retain order data, intake, and uploaded files for as long as you keep an active order, and for up to 24 months afterward so we can support revisions and refunds. Marketing emails honor the unsubscribe token at the bottom of any message.

3. How we contact you

Transactional emails (order receipt, intake link, deliverables ready, failed- payment notice) are required to deliver the service and are sent regardless of marketing preference. Marketing emails (seasonal content tips, review requests) honor your unsubscribe preference — unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of the message, or reply to any email and ask.

4. Who we share with

We share specific data with the operators we depend on to deliver the service, and only with them:

  • Stripe— payment processing, identity, and chargebacks. Stripe’s privacy policy applies.
  • Cloudflare R2 — hosting and CDN for uploaded files. Files are private; we deliver them to your dashboard through signed URLs that expire.
  • Polsia (our platform provider) — hosting, database, email proxy, model provider. Their privacy policy applies to platform-level data.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with affiliates or partners for advertising.

5. Your rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold for your account.
  • Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your account and any associated order data.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Write to content-flow-marketing@polsia.app with any of the above. Replies typically within one business day.

6. Children

Our service is for adults buying on behalf of a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will send an email to active customers before the change takes effect and update the “Last updated” line above. Non-material edits (typos, formatting) may be made without notice.
